  • Blogs - What free platforms can be used to write a blog.
  • Updating Social Media - How to update a Facebook/Twitter/Instagram profile with new posts and headers.
  • Creating graphics - Introduction to Canva, a free graphic design software used to create posts for social media
  • Update LinkedIn - How to request a recommendation on your LinkedIn profile and how to update your skills. 

Course Delivery:

This course will be delivered using Google Hangouts to share a presentation as well as the tutor's own screen, giving clear directions.  Google Hangouts also allows the option for chat to be used for Questions and Answers.  This will not be a 'video-sharing' call.   Instead the participant will be sent a link to join the class through Google hangouts.  They will then see a PowerPoint presentation delivered in real time from the comfort of their own home.  The trainer will also share their screen showing the participants exactly how to carry out the tasks being discussed.  Participants video, screen and audio will not be shared.  If participants wish to ask a question they can use the Chat feature
