Part One – Your Brand is Your Business

  • Customer proposition or offering:  How to identify your USP and make it work for your  business
  • Setting brand values and why they are essential to marketing success and profitability
  • Target audience profiling:  How to decide the most profitable audience/s to target and how to work out ways to reach them effectively
  • Marketing communication: Getting the message right and keeping it consistent 

Part Two:

  • Setting objectives:  Deciding on SMART marketing objectives that fit in with your business goals and how to measure them
  • Marketing channels:  How to reach your most profitable customers most effectively
  • Social Media: Deciding which platforms are right for your business to reach your customer and sell your brand
  • Website and Pay Per Click Advertising:  How to make your website work to sell your brand and/or products
  • Traditional Media:  Overview of what is available and how to integrate with online marketing to drive sales 

Part Three:

  • Budgeting:  How do you decide how much to invest in marketing and what return in sales you should expect
  • Marketing Activity Planning:  Creating a draft one-year plan for your business

This course will be run over 3 mornings from 8.00 to 11.00 and a light breakfast will be served each morning.
