Contents:
- Understanding how to use calendars and planners
- Prioritise tasks by both urgency and importance using a choice of 4 alternative systems
- Avoid taking on other people’s work
- Install a ‘pending work’ management system
- Manage interactions and communications in a way that reduces unwanted interruptions
- Log and analyse personal use of time
- Develop an interruption elimination system
Objectives:
To enable participants to assess their ability, eliminate time wasting, learn how to prioritise work, work more efficiently and effectively and bring instant changes back to the workplace.
