- Identify key target markets and know the social media platforms they use
- Develop a set of clear and meaningful objectives for their social media strategy
- Learn how to attract and engage followers with meaningful and relevant content, images, video, etc.
- Know how to use Facebook/Instagram and Twitter advertising
- Know how to create a social media plan and content calendar
- Learn how to assess, evaluate and review the social media strategy/plan

- Introduction to the most popular social media platforms – Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube etc.

- Defining the main objectives for the social media strategy
- How to use meaningful content, images and video as a way of engaging the followers
- Looking at Facebook/Instagram and Twitter advertising
- Creating a social media plan and content calendar
- Defining key success factors to measure and evaluate the social media strategy and plan.
