WEB UX AUDIT - is your website user friendly?

Programme Details:

A UX audit examines the qualities and functionality of a website based on the User Experience (UX). The audit is used to identify what works on your company website and what needs improvement. The aim is to put yourself in the shoes of your visitor and follow a structured analysis of the website to assess if they would find what they are looking for easily and are encouraged to engage further without hitting any obstacles or falling off the trail along the way. 

We will request website URL's from participants ahead of the webinar and carry out audits on all or selected sites depending on available time based on level of attendance. 

Aim of Programme:

To teach participants how to carry out an effective UX audit on their website to assess where the site can be improved to make it easier and quicker for the user to complete the intended goal/action on the website.

Main outcomes:

• Understand the importance of User Experience (UX) in design.
• How to assess the UX of your site based on industry best practice.
• How to brief your website developer on findings and actions needed.
