TRANSFORMING TECHNOLOGY TO POWER YOUR ORGANISATION

Guest Speaker - Niamh Fitzpatrick:
When it comes to effective preparation for performance, Niamh is one of the most sought after psychological coaches in the country.  Since 1991 she has successfully trained hundreds of people in the psychological skills needed for optimum performance in sport and business, as well as for optimum mental health for life.  In sporting circles is probably best known for her role in helping the 1996 Wexford Senior Hurling team to win the All Ireland Championship for the first time in 28 years.  For over a decade she has been the Psychologist for the Irish Olympic team.

Outside of sport, Niamh has been a contributor to Today FM radio since 2004 and she is the Agony Aunt with Neil Delamere's show Neil's Sunday Best, where she gives advice to listeners on their relationship, work or life problems.

Niamh has been described as being creative, innovative, enthusiastic and above all pragmatic in the way she works.  Rather than following the crowd she often takes an unorthodox approach to problem solving, a route which makes the coaching or training experience unexpectedly fun as well as undoubtedly effective.  Her genuine passion for working with people is obvious from the first meeting, as is her absolute intention to get results.

Niamh has a BA in Psychology, an MA in Clinical Psychology and an MSc in Sport Management Specialising in Sport Psychology.  She is a qualified NLP Master Practitioner and NLP Business & Life Coach.  She has a Diploma in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and has recently begun training in Mindfulness.  She has lectured in Applied Psychology and Sports Psychology to students in colleges in both London and Dublin, where the main focus was on educating them in the practical application of psychology.
