As part of the Local Enterprise Week, Monaghan LEO are organising a conference focused on Business Innovation which will take place on Tuesday 3^rd March 2020.

“Innov8! - growth through innovation” is a half-day conference which has been designed to provide inspiration, peer-learning, information and stimulus to local Monaghan SMEs that have been identified as being growth-ready.

The event will be hosted by innovation exemplar Silver Hill Duck at their Centre of Excellence in Emyvale and will feature a number of Co. Monaghan companies sharing their own innovation success stories. In addition, there will be an opportunity to get plenty of information available about the range of supports available to local businesses to advance their innovations ambitions as well as time for networking with like-minded business owners.

Business innovation is not limited to the area of product development but rather can be introduced to every area of business (product, process, people, investment, distribution, organisation, marketing and technology) in order to achieve beneficial and profitable competitive advantage. Innovative business approaches are often the differentiating factor that identify cutting-edge organisations that have the capability to succeed and grow in the modern competitive SME environment.
