This one hour workshop is aimed at Cafes, Restaurants and Takeaways reopening after COVID 19. The information session will be based on government guidelines that are extracted and specifically tailored to the cafe and restaurant sector. The trainer has conducted extensive research on international best practice in this area and merged it with Irish government guidelines to come up with a condensed and practical 1.5hr session. The outcome will be to inform and raise awareness of what policies and procedures are necessary to open your business safely.
