This network event will address the changes and opportunities in HR management as a result of businesses adopting new technologies.
Guest Speakers
Paddy McHugh – Managing Director, Compliplus. Compliplus work with their clients to help them achieve health and safety compliance. They have over 25 years’ experience in the health and safety industry and work across all sectors, in businesses large and small. In addition to Compliplus’ consultancy business and traditional training programmes they've adapted new technologies to use an e-learning database which enables clients and their staff to access courses online to fully meet their health and safety training requirements. Course content can be tailored to meet clients’ individual needs and we ensure it is kept up to date in line with current legislation and best work practices.
Paddy will be joined by Catherine Keogan, HSEQ Manager at Optinergy to discuss their experience of working with Compliplus and engaging with their e-learning facility.
Our third speaker Nikki McGoohan – HR Manager with ABCON. Nikki will discuss the challenges faced by businesses when specifying new technologies for the HR function and the importance of how these relate and integrate with other business functions including: Finance, IT and Production.
Our final speaker – Claire Markey – IT Director at Obelisk will talk about Obelisk’s recent experience of implementing a new HR management system to the business and the benefits and challenges digital transformation produces.
