Terms and Conditions for Booking Training and Events

This notice contains important information about how we process personal data that is supplied to us by clients. We request that you read the notice carefully and that you ensure that it is made available to any data subjects (e.g. your employees) whose personal data you provide to us.

By accepting our Terms and Conditions you confirm that: (a) you have complied with your own data protection obligations in respect of the personal data that you supply to us and that you are entitled to disclose such personal data to us; and (b) you will ensure that a copy of our data protection notice (is sent to data subjects (e.g. your employees) whose personal data you provide to us.

By accessing or using this site in any way, including using any services, downloading materials or merely browsing the site, you agree to and are bound by the terms and conditions set forth in this document and in any changes thereto that may be published from time to time (collectively, the "Terms & Conditions"). The Terms & Conditions may change and other guidelines and rules posted on the site from time to time at our sole discretion. If you breach any of the Terms & Conditions, your authorisation to access or use this site, services and materials automatically terminates, and any materials downloaded or printed from the site in violation of the Terms of Use must be immediately destroyed.

Bookings


Early booking is recommended as courses fill up quickly. If we do not have a place available we can put you on a cancellation list. For high demand courses, place preference is given to small businesses based in Cork city.
Where there is significant demand for places on a particular course or event, places may be limited to one place per company.

If minimum numbers have not been met within 5 days of the course taking place, then the course will be cancelled and notification sent to members.


Cancellation Policy


A full refund is made for cancellations made five days prior to the workshop. A 50% cancellation fee will be imposed on cancellations made between 2 and 5 days prior to the beginning of a workshop. No refund is issued for those cancellations made less than 48 hours of start of event. Substitutions are allowed.
