  • Residential Rents: Residential rents reached €1,650 during Q4 of 2018, however a decline of 0.8% may signal the first signs of market stabilisation.
  • Residential Property Prices: In decline for 4 consecutive months, the longest spell of declines since February 2012. 
  • Housing Completions: Rising to 6,932, year on year growth of 21.5% for 2018.
  • Public Transport Trips: Record levels of public transport usage in 2018, with over 223 million trips recorded, +6% on 2017 figures.
  • Dublin Office Rents: remain unchanged for 6 consecutive quarters however overall Dublin City rents have increased by 18% since Q4 of 2008.
  • Mastercards Dublin Spending Pulse: Dublin economy spending grew by 4.3% year on year Q1 2019. Overseas tourism spending increased by 15.1% but UK tourist spending decline by 5%. 
  • Output: Continued to rise sharply across the Dublin economy during Q1 2019 with the construction sector registering the sharpest rise in business activity.
