Caryna Camerino is the entrepreneur behind Lovin’ from the Oven limited.  Lovin’ from the Oven manufactures high quality delicious cakes and bakery products for supply to wholesale and corporate clients.   The company is located in Terenure Enterprise Centre, employs 7 staff and is trading since 2011.  The business supplies a diverse range of products that includes cakes, brownies, and cookies, to over 32 independently owned cafes and restaurants across Dublin city.

Building on its success the team behind Lovin’ from the Oven is expanding its wholesale product offering with the recent launch of a new range of frozen goods that will also include a range of delicious breakfast time treats.

Besides the frozen range being a great addition to their wholesale customer product mix, it also helps to control food waste as the products can be baked onsite and on demand. The aroma of handmade freshly baked products whilst ordering a favourite coffee is an added bonus to the customer experience of the independently owned coffee shops that Lovin in the Oven supply.

With this new frozen range, Lovin’ from the Oven believes there is great potential for their company to distribute nationally and to export which will grow the business further.

Lord Mayor of Dublin Caroline Conroy said, “I want to congratulate Lovin’ from the Oven on being the winner of the Dublin City Enterprise Award this year and wish them all the best representing Dublin City in the National Awards Ceremony.
