Whether you are just thinking about a food idea, or already selling at a local farmers market or to a local shop/cafe, this event is for you. Learn from guest speakers James Burke, Ireland’s leading advisor in the food sector, Carmel Biggane SuperValu who manages the Food Academy programme, Aisling Cullen Thanks Plants who has successfully grown her business to a national presence and Margaret Hoctor of Killmullen Farm who is expert at direct selling to the consumer via markets. Each presenter will draw on their wealth of experience and share knowledge with those attending. There will also be an opportunity for questions after the presentations.

As an optional extra at the end of the event, participants who have prebooked, can have a tour of the brand new SPADE shared kitchen facility which is specifically targeted at early stage businesses https://www.spade.ie/ – Closer to the event date all those registered for the workshop will be contacted about the optional kitchen tour.
