What is Local Enterprise Office Fingal? 

Local Enterprise Office (LEO) Fingal is part of a network of Local Enterprise Offices nationwide. The role of the LEO is to support and provide assistance to existing and potential small business promoters located in Fingal, North County Dublin. In addition, the Fingal LEO aims to foster the development of an enterprising culture. Local Enterprise Office Fingal is funded by the Department of Jobs, Enterprise and Innovation and the European Commission

Local Enterprise Office Fingal was previously the Fingal County Enterprise Board. Since 2012 the Action Plan for Jobs committed to delivering an enhanced, expanded and more integrated support service for micro-enterprise and small businesses in Ireland.  As part of these reforms, Local Enterprise Offices (LEOs) were created within Local Authorities and the 35 existing County & City Enterprise Boards (CEBs) were dissolved. These new LEOs will build on the significant achievements of the County Enterprise Boards to date and will offer an expanded range of supports.

What geographical areas does Local Enterprise Office Fingal serve? 

We serve individuals and small businesses based in Fingal, North County Dublin. The Greater Dublin area comprises four local authority areas each with their own Local Enterprise Office; Dublin City, Fingal, South Dublin & Dun Laoghaire-Rathdown
