Applications now open for 2022 Fingal Enterprise Awards competition
The Fingal Enterprise Awards competition is organised annually by the Local Enterprise Office to acknowledge and highlight the achievements of small businesses. This is part of a national competition in which one overall winner from each of the 31 Local Enterprise Office areas will compete for the National awards.
The competition is open only to internationally trading or manufacturing businesses that have received grant assistance from LEO Fingal in either of the following categories:

Exporter Grant (“Technical Assistance for Micro Exporter”)
The closing date for applications in the
Fingal competition
is
4.30
p.m. on
Friday the 14
th
January 202
2
.
Following an assessment of eligible applications, a shortlist of Fingal applicants will emerge to the judging phase. Each of these finalists who complete the full judging process will be awarded a €1,000 prize for their business, with the overall winner securing the top prize of €5,000 to be invested in their business.
The Fingal winner will be announced and presented at an event
to be held on the evening of Thursday the
10
th
of
March 202
2
.
The Overall Winner will go forward to represent Fingal at the National Finals to be held in the Mansion House, Dublin, in May 202
2
.
Entries will be judged in accordance with the national guidelines (marketing strengths, financial strength, innovation & technology, entrepreneurial skills, and business plan). It will be essential that all shortlisted candidates make themselves available for the judging process to include a pitching event and the Fingal Awards event on the evening of Thursday
