Travel Assistance Grant available for Non-UK Delegates
Financial assistance is available for non-UK based Small & Medium-Sized Enterprises (SMEs) registered to take part in the “Up Your Game” Global Creative Industries Matchmaking Event, held at the Science & Media Museum in Bradford, UK, on 7th – 8th February 2019.
The grant is offered towards the travel and accommodation costs of one delegate per SME and will be paid once actual attendance at the event is confirmed and copies of relevant invoices/receipts are supplied, together with a compleated claim form. The grant will be a maximum of £250.00 per company.
Eligibility Criteria
In order to apply for the grant the following criteria have to be met:
- Company has to be an SME (employing less than 250 staff and with a turnover of less than € 50m or a balance sheet of less than € 43m)
- Company has to be registered on the “Up Your Game” b2match platform and booked at least one meeting.
- Company has purchased a ticket for the Yorkshire Games Festival.
- Company has to attend the b2match event and have proof of attendance (this will be issued upon arrival by the Bradford team)
- Additional claim form completed including copies of receipts for travel costs and accommodation.
Important Deadlines
- Registration as a participant on the b2match website: Wednesday 30th January 2019.
- Grant application: Friday 1st February 2019.
- 1-to-1 meetings: Tuesday 5th February 2019.
- Claim form and receipts: Friday 15th February 2019.
