• Smart negotiation tips. How to use advance preparation as a tool to increase a chance of success
• How to identify category gaps and position for a successful listing (participants will be provided with gap analysis templates)
• Using a distributor to secure buyer listings. Understanding the dynamics of choosing and managing a distributor  
• Maintaining the ongoing listing. A word of caution on the need for critical brand activation supports in order to achieve the required sales level to keep and grow the listing
