MANAGEMENT DEVELOPMENT PROGRAMME (MDP)

If so, the Management Development Programme is for you.
This Programme is a different kind of training programme! Restricted to the owner-managers of established and growing businesses, the calibre of participants is high and their business needs are similar.
To date the MDP has assisted hundreds of Owner-Managers across Ireland to significantly improve their businesses. The Programme has received excellent feedback from participants in other counties, most stating that it is the best thing they ever did for their business!

- Self-development/Motivation
- Time Management (the 80:20 rule)
- Tax planning
- Marketing
- Quality Control
Three one-to-one mentoring visits with the trainer Blaise Brosnan www.mriwex.ie are included in the programme fee. The course fee is highly subsidised by the Local Enterprise Office Carlow & Kilkenny.
The Programme will run every Tuesday morning from 8am- 12noon for 14 weeks, commencing on Tuesday 20th March. Three one-to-one mentoring sessions are also included as part of the programme. The cost of the programme is €250 per participant. Ten places are available on this highly sought after programme.
