Sometimes it seems that directors have to educate themselves on their obligations and responsibilities as the head of the company and can feel slightly left in the dark. This course educates them in their obligations to both the Revenue and the Companies Registration Office (CRO) and the related filing deadlines.

• Annual Returns and documents due to the Companies Registration Office (CRO)
