This workshop is designed as a first step for those thinking of setting up a new business, but have not yet decided to take the plunge or they don't know how to take it further. The workshop will assist you with refining your new idea.
Anyone who has the start of a business idea or someone who has a well thought out idea are welcome to attend.
What you will learn?
This workshop not only shows you what ideas are good ideas but also introduces you to the concepts of Lean Canvas to help you quickly visualise how to communicate your idea to your potential customer. Using a one page format to brainstorm your possible business idea/model, using logical steps starting with your customer problems right through to your unfair advantage.
Meeting with like minded entrepreneurs will help develop your network and provide you with valuable peer feedback during this interactive workshop.
