The presentation will be given by Gabriel Conlon, Procurement Officer, Offaly County Council. Gabriel Conlon has over 34 years experience in the Local Authorities. He has worked as full time Procurement Officer with Offaly County Council for the last 4 years, with over 15 years procurement experience behind him.
