This month's ONE Network meeting talk is "Assertiveness Skills (getting your point across in a diplomatic but firm way)”. We are delighted to welcome back Jerry Kelly as our guest speaker to cover this topic.
Jerry has spoken to our ONE Network regularly over the years on topics including “Switch On, Not Off” and “Illusions of the Mind”. Some of you may recognize the name and certainly the voice if you were watching the RTE coverage of the Olympics – particularly the gymnastics commentary. Jerry is just back from Brazil where he was one of the RTE commentators for the Rio Olympics.
Jerry is a highly experienced trainer, facilitator, presenter and coach. He has worked at all levels of business and has built up a strong reputation for his work which is seen as an innovative, practical and results driven. He has a very good understanding of behaviour and performance, and uses his academic and practical experience to help people get the best from themselves.
In this session, you will learn how to deal with difficult situations and communicating your message effectively.
