Terry Harmer of NLC Training specialises in designing and implementing training programmes using best practice initiatives, to train Sales, Customer Service, Communications, Teambuilding, Leadership, and People Management. Terry Harmer is a Member of the Institute of Training & Development (MIITD), a Fellow of the Sales Institute of Ireland, (FSII), a Member of the Marketing Institute of Ireland, (MMII), and a Licensed Practitioner of NLP, (NLP Prac.). He holds a BSc. in Business Administration, and a Certificate in Training & Continuing Education, and is also an assessor for the Excellence Through People programme.

The time slots are:

• 9.30am 
• 10.20am
• 11.20am
• 12.00 noon
• 2.00pm
• 3.00pm
• 4.00pm

These mentoring sessions are provided at a reduced fee of €25.00. Each Session will be 50 minutes each.
