One to One Mentoring

During the course of running a business the owner/manager will identify areas where specialist advice is needed. Roscommon Local Enterprise Office provides a panel of experienced, qualified mentors proficient in a range of specialist areas such as:

• Management Control Systems
• Financial Planning and Cost Control
• Production Planning
• Marketing Strategies
• Strategic Planning
• Intellectual Property

The Mentor’s role is to help the owner/manager identify solutions to obstacles arising in the business and the Local Enterprise Office will provide the mentor best suited for the particular brief.

The Mentor is an independent advisor who will provide informed advice and encouragement to implement appropriate remedial action. It is not the function of the Mentor to perform the actions for the client.

The Executive of the Local Enterprise Office will oversee the assignment to ensure the objectives identified are being met.
