  • Thinking about Marketing – creating time in your week for marketing activity
  • Re-examining what your customer actually wants
  • Reviewing the marketing resources your business has
  • Generating testimonials
  • Developing a low-cost online presence – building an initial low-cost website, or simply using Facebook as a website.
  • No-cost ways to get you noticed online
  • Choosing the right social media platforms for your business and increasing engagement
  • Using PR effectively - writing Press Releases and building relationships with journalists/influencers

By the end of this Workshop, you will be able to:

  • Develop an online presence at low cost
  • Choose which free social media platforms would best benefit their business
  • Submit PR pieces to generate free media coverage
  • Appreciate the value of networking and testimonials for business
  • Source low-cost services online

How it works:

  • Training will take place online via MS Teams.
  • The trainer will be in touch with participants by email, prior the workshop, with a link to access the session.
  • Participants do not need to download software, but will need to enter an email address when prompted.
  • Laptops should have a microphone (required) and a camera (preferable, not required) and participants should have a pen and paper.
  • A strong WiFi connection is essential.
