Why a one-page strategic plan?

Every business, particularly those intent on growing, need focus, direction and clarity. A building cannot be developed without a plan - no business can either!

The written word is infinitely more powerful and reliable than the spoken word because it demands greater clarity and less confusion. Everyone in the business needs to be on the one plan.
