The objective of this workshop is to assist participants to focus on improving their skills in the ultimate business discipline –sales!

Syllabus:

  1. How to really listen to your customer, ask open questions.
  2. How to identify customer needs and sell them the ‘right’ product.
  3. How to ask for the business. Discuss the value of customer retention.
  4. How to close the sale. Lead by example for the rest of the team. / Giving constructive feedback.
  5. Practice to build confidence – reel plays on better selling.
