Animation and Jewellery Businesses win LEO Dublin City Women in Business Network 2015 Awards

The winner of the LEO Dublin City Women in Business Network 2015 ‘High Potential Business’ Award is Niamh Herrity of Pink Kong Animation Studios.

Pink Kong Studios was established in March 2014 to create original, top quality, multiplatform animated IP content. It has 4 properties in development, 1 at prototype stage and 2 in late development stage. Pink Kong Studios has a mixed set skills and software experience supporting multiplatform animated IP. Pink Kong’s vision is to create high-end animated content for worldwide viewers, in particular, creating strong female role models for Girls in action/ adventure shows. It has four employees and one trainee at the end of 2015.

Niamh wins a Perpetual trophy, €1000 cash and €500 LEO Dublin City voucher.

The winner of the LEO Dublin City Women in Business Network 2015 ‘Rising Star’ Award is Mairead de Blaca Jewellery.

deBlaca Jewellery creates naturally beautiful jewellery which is all made in Ireland. All of the jewellery is sterling silver or 9ct golf and is hallmarked by the Assay office in historical Dublin Castle. In the last 12 months deBlaca Jewellery has launched two additional ranges: Wild Atlantic Way and Easter Lily ranges.
Mairead wins €500 cash and a €500 LEO Dublin City voucher.
