For Episode 4 of the current “Fingal Business Connect” online series, LEO Fingal is delighted to have invite acclaimed Entrepreneur and Dragons Den Investor Gavin Duffy.

For over 25 years, Gavin Duffy has worked with Ireland’s most influential leaders and senior management teams offering strategy, bespoke leadership development, and communications training. Gavin is also the longest serving expert on RTE’s popular Dragons Den series and more recently a presidential candidate.  Gavin will discuss What does the Next Normal look like? Having mentored more than 20 CEOs around the country in different business sectors, Gavin has valuable insight into the heartbeat of many companies and will share key learnings from his business experience.

Following the presentation, there will be another structured and managed Networking session with a new and dynamic use of individual task-oriented breakout rooms.

About the Speaker

One of Ireland’s leading business mentors, Gavin is publicly known for his work with entrepreneurs on all eight series of RTE’s Dragons’ Den. His early career in the media included presenting the first RTE television business programme, Marketplace; broadcasting on Morning Ireland on RTE Radio One, and founding regional radio station LMFM. Later Gavin became a serial entrepreneur and is now a veteran of over 40 start-ups. His venture capital portfolio has been concentrated on recruitment, professional development, education and media.

Gavin is a regular media commentator and writer on business, politics and the economy.
