Are you working in the manufacturing sector and ready to take your leadership skills to the next level?

KWETB, in collaboration with LEO Wicklow, is delighted to offer a bespoke Leadership & Management Programme designed specifically for manufacturing professionals.

This fully funded initiative helps participants develop practical leadership and decision-making skills to support teamwork, innovation, and operational excellence within their organisations.

Course Content

Module 1: Leading and Motivating a Team Effectively
Develop the skills to inspire, guide, and support your team to achieve higher productivity and quality standards. Improve communication, leadership abilities, and team morale.

Time: 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM

Module 2: Solving Problems and Making Decisions
Learn how to analyse challenges quickly and make effective, evidence-based decisions that reduce downtime and enhance productivity across manufacturing processes.

Date: Friday, 13th February 2025

Time: 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM

This programme is ideal for business owners, team leaders, supervisors, and aspiring managers who want to strengthen their leadership skills and contribute meaningfully to their organisation’s success.

Certification

Participants who complete both modules will receive an internationally recognised Institute of Leadership and Management (ILM) Certificate.

Note: This course has a two-assignment requirement to receive the Certification. Submission of the required assignments enables us to meet the funding requirements in place with KWETB, and together, provide this course fully funded. If assignments are not submitted within the required timeframe an attendance fee of €100 may apply.
