Overview 

Participants will explore how AI can support everyday tasks such as marketing, administration,

planning, and customer communication, while understanding how to use these tools responsibly and at low risk. Using a simple prompt framework, attendees will build a personalised prompt library

aligned to their own business needs.

The session also provides an accessible overview of responsible AI use, including data protection considerations, the practical intent of the EU AI Act for SMEs and how to use AI in a “low risk” capacity.

Participants leave with ready-to-use prompts and a short action plan they can immediately apply in their business.
