Ebb & Flow Yoga

Maeve Ferris is the founder of Ebb & Flow Yoga.  Since March 2020 due to Covid-19, Maeve took her Yoga live online via Zoom. She also offers a range of Workshops online.  Maeve benefitted hugely from digital marketing mentoring support from the LEO Kerry, having set up an online booking system Maeve saw her bookings increase.

Maeve is a member of Kerry Women’s Business Network and other networking groups. Maeve offers Yoga Breakfast Club courses & Hiking Adventure Days, Yoga & Surf Adventure Days
