At the Local Enterprise Office Louth, we are inviting local businesses to apply for the new Market Explorer Grant.

This grant offers funding and advice to help you research opportunities, meet potential buyers, and plan your entry into international markets.

“With ongoing changes in tariffs and market conditions, now is an opportune time for local businesses to explore new markets,” says our Senior Enterprise Development Officer, Niall Gallagher. “Breaking into new markets can feel daunting. Where do you start? Which markets are looking for your product? How do you find new customers? What do you need to know about trading and regulations in new locations? This grant helps you move past the questions and into the opportunities.”

The Market Explorer Grant is open to small businesses in manufacturing or eligible internationally traded services that have been trading for at least 12 months. It can cover market research, consultancy, trade fairs, travel, and meeting potential clients. We can fund up to 50% of eligible costs to a maximum of €10,000, with you contributing the balance.
