New programme empowering women to THRIVE in new sectors

The THRIVE programme supports women with a STEM business idea to navigate the process successfully. We offer a programme that will build on existing skills, demystify STEM and equip women with the skills and confidence to manage and lead a team, project or service in this sector. 

What is the THRIVE Programme?

THRIVE has been introduced to support women launch STEM careers and businesses. It will bring participants through the NPD (new product development) process for new products and services within the pharma, tech, mechanical, electronic or food manufacturing sectors from idea to execution. THRIVE will support women to pivot their own skills and experience and give them the technical overview to allow them to lead and manage a team, product or service in a STEM field with confidence. The programme is founded on three core pillars of supports for women - capability, confidence and connections. We want to help non-STEM women THRIVE in the STEM sector.

When?

1 x 1/2 day per week for 20 weeks (see THRIVE website for more detail)
