The iOTA Programme provides a cross border programme of innovation support to potential/existing SMEs and micro enterprises throughout the East Border Region. 

The iOTA Programme will be delivered on behalf of a cross border partnership involving 9 Local Authorities in the East Border Region and is supported by theINTERREG IVA Programme managed by the Special EU Programmes Body and delivered by East Border Region Ltd.
