Anticipated Outputs (not an exhaustive list): As a participant on this workshop you will be given tools, skills and knowledge to adopt a strategic approach to business management which will lead to greater financial awareness, competitive business planning, performance management, KPI identification, customer focus and business sustainability and profitability.
