“Patents, Protection & Process” – The Patents Office.

Depending on the nature of your business, valuable idea’s can be protected using Patent, Trademark or Copyright legislation. If you invent or design a new product, then patent Protection will legally prevent others from copying your product. The Patents Office will give an overview of Intellectual Property(IP) consisting of the different types of IP rights ie. Patents, Trade Marks, Designs & Copyright. The application Process involved for each IP right will be discussed and Where and How you can seek protection . In addition the different routes of National, European and International IP will be provided.
