Helen McDonnell runs Indigo i Coaching providing Personal and Executive coaching to individuals, organisations and businesses. With a background in Psychology and mental health Helen has been coaching since 2006 and has fined tuned her skills to help people from all walks of life to become more effective in their lives and work to their full potential whether at work rest or play. Helen is passionate about connecting with others - she deeply values the support and networking that networks provide to women in business.
Helen is also involved with Aware Defeat Depression, Princes Trust, L’Derry Rotary club and is a founder member of the Association for Coaching in Ireland. She is married and has three boys that keep her sane and busy!
