About the Plato EBR Clusters

PLATO EBR has a range of cluster groupings.  Please find below further information on some on-going clusters:

  • What is the PLATO EBR Internationalisation Cluster about?

To find out if your product or service is exportable, you may need assistance with getting it to market; perhaps you need the confidence in getting it to market from experts that have been through the process many times over. Since more and more SME’s are recognising the value of internationalising their product, PLATO EBR is offering a series of workshops for businesses interested in exploring whether or not they should expand their marketplace. The workshops will focus on a range of delivery methods including case studies and best practice examples and topics include but are not limited to: -

- Why internationalise?Plato EBR

- Marketing tools for export

- Funding internationalisation

- Partnerships for internationalisation

- The Marketing Plan – target markets

- Bringing New Products to New Markets

- Competition

A cluster strategy is an anticipated outcome of the Cluster which will comprise an action plan for each participating business identifying the current and anticipated future needs of businesses in the Cluster.
