The European Commission are interested in obtaining experience-based evidence of "the remaining obstacles to a fully functioning Single Market for services, including in so far as possible non-regulatory restrictions, and the effectiveness and consistency of the existing legal framework applying to a sample of services activities".
The aim of the questionnaire is to engage with businesses and to gather information on the remaining obstacles to a fully functioning Single Market for Services in the E.U. (e.g. the problems experienced by business when providing services in the EU).
To complement upcoming workshops, an online questionnaire 'Businesses experience with the Internal Market for Services' is available for completion by stakeholders, both participants and non-participants at http://ec.europa.eu/eusurvey/runner/internal-market-services-businesses. The survey will provide an opportunity for practitioners to input and to influence policy decisions at EU level.This survey targets all companies, especially SMEs.
