The Growth Readiness programme will be delivered through four main parts:

1. Business Diagnostics: each firm will complete a full check-up on its operations to see where the gaps are and what improvements are needed. These will be completed before 1st workshop on 29th April.

2. Interactive monthly in person workshops ( 29th April to Dec 2026) covering key topics such as

• Supply Chain Management

• Quality standards and compliance

• Energy efficiency and environmental practices 

• Staff

• Digital tools for managing the business

• Finance & Margins 
• New Market opportunities 

• Marketing and customer engagement

3. In addition, every business will have personalised mentoring giving direct advice and support on strategy, planning, and growth opportunities. 

4. Business Collaboration ( Cluster Platform). Businesses will have the chance to explore forming a manufacturing, engineering, and services cluster. This will support, helping each other solve problems and teaming up to win bigger contracts.

 This programme will be delivered by  QCD Solutions    and aims to give small Engineering & Manufacturing businesses the structure, skills, and confidence they need to grow profitably.
