Opportunities for Enterprise in Borris-in-Ossory – Join the Conversation

Local Enterprise Office Laois, in partnership with Laois County Council, is hosting a relaxed and informal drop-in evening in Borris-in-Ossory to support local businesses, entrepreneurs, and community groups.

Taking place on Wednesday 15th July from 5pm to 7pm in St. Canice’s Hall (R32 K209), this event is an opportunity for anyone interested in starting or growing a business to meet the LEO team, learn about available supports, and connect with others in the local community.

Attendees will have the chance to:

• Hear about financial supports, training, and mentoring available through LEO Laois
• Ask questions and get practical advice tailored to their ideas or business
• Network with local business owners and community representatives

There will also be a brief update on plans for the redevelopment of the old Courthouse in Borris-in-Ossory, which is being developed as a future enterprise and community space for the town.

This is not a formal presentation—just an open, friendly space to drop in, have a chat, and explore opportunities for enterprise in your area.
