Exciting Programme for Female Entrepreneurs

Following the success of the pilot and ACORNS 2, We are pleased to announce that the call for participants for ACORNS 3 is now open!

Thanks to the support of the Department of Agriculture, Food and the Marine, through the Rural Innovation and Development Fund, the leaders are gearing up to run the third cycle of the ACORNS programme.

The Local Enterprise Offices are helping to identify early stage entrepreneurs and we hope the programme will be of interest to some of your network, some of whom may already be clients.  For others as part of the programme we will be letting them know of the support that you provide.

Check out the Programme Brochure.

If you know of an early stage female entrepreneur living in a rural area of the country (anywhere outside the administrative city boundaries of Dublin, Cork, Galway, Limerick and Waterford), for whom you think the programme would be of benefit, please encourage her to register her interest online at http://acorns.ie/contact/ and she will be sent an application form. Participants must be either in an advanced stage of planning if not yet trading, or with less than two years' sales. The programme is completely free for participants.

All completed applications must be received by Friday 22nd September 2017.
