This half day workshop will focus on how businesses can maximise their income whether through working more closely with retailers or dealing directly with customers.   

The workshop will help participants to analyse their business, looking at customers, products and services, marketing and sales, and discuss tactical and strategic options for continued business growth.  With increased pressure on cashflow the programme will focus on practical options to maximise income.  Topics covered will include: Preparation in advance of attending a tradeshow, Action /Activities following a tradeshow, Selling Skills and Presentation Techniques.
