• Twitter: Setting up a Twitter Account; Using Twitter for Business; Setting up your profile; Understanding the structure of a tweet; Searching; Tweeting images & video
• Instagram: Creating your Account; Setting up your profile; Creating a post; Adding images – single/multiple; Using hashtags; Text; Liking & commenting on posts

On completion participants will have a knowledge of using Twitter & Instagram – posting, using images & how to use hastags.
