Mayo Local Enterprise Office and Roscommon Local Enterprise Office are jointly organising Food Academy 2015 for the Mayo and Roscommon area.

The Food Academy, a joint initiative by Local Enterprise Offices, Bord Bia and The Musgrave Group (Supervalu), is a training programme that seeks to assist food producers in securing a SuperValu listing in local SuperValu stores with potential to supply other stores nationally.

This programme is suitable for food businesses in Mayo and Roscommon that have a food product either currently on, or ready for, the supermarket shelf. This programme will take place over five days, and participants are required to attend the entire programme.
