Sustainable Energy Communities Event, Béal an Mhuirthead, Wednesday April 13

Dr Orla Nic Suibhne has recently been awarded a Postdoctoral Fellowship from the Irish Research Council . The research is hosted by UCD and partnered by SEAI. The project is researching the implementation of Sustainable Energy Communities in rural areas.

Information Day

There is an information day organised for Wednesday April 13th in Aras Inis Gluaire, Béal an Mhuirthead with speakers from SEAI, ESB Networks, Tipperary Energy Agency, NUI Galway, Mayo County Council, University of Limerick, Siemens and the Commission for Energy Regulation. Full agenda below.  Paul Kenny, the CEO of Tipperary Energy Agency will be available on the day for one-to-one sessions with interested community groups that are in the process of establishing energy projects.
