Aim:  To raise awareness of the significant increase in legal obligations and responsibilities arising from GDPR to safeguard personal data. These increased obligations and responsibilities, which are taking effect from May 2018,  apply to the collection, processing, maintenance, use and disclosure of all personal data held in both manual and electronic format.
