- Different legal structures – sole trader/partnership/company
- Skills Identification and Skills Gap Analysis – SWOT Analysis
- Developing my Business Plan – Viability, Feasibility
- Registering my Business (TR1/CRO/ROS)
- The Marketing Mix – 4 P’s
- Research & Development
- Profit & Loss Account introduction.
Your trainer will be Michael Kilcullen.
Michael Kilcullen has over 20 years of experience in the provision of Recruitment and Talent Management and Development services. He is extremely passionate about talent development and employee engagement levels and currently provides Business mentoring, Coaching and Training to SME Business Owners and Managers.
He has worked directly and closely with clients in the Retail, Communications and Pharmaceutical industries and managed a customer service award-winning Recruitment Consultancy.
