Manage your business and/or your staff with greater confidence and effectiveness. This course covers hard business skills like financial controls and people management, as well as some advanced tips on sales and collecting payments
This programme will provide participants with the essential skills and understanding required to become a successful manager. It incorporates the effective elements of a business network, mentoring, advisory service in addition to the outlined coaching and training syllabus.
Learning outcomes: Research indicates that poor management is the biggest internal cause of business collapse. The real question is: What are the issues that contribute to poor management operations? Research has provided the answer to this question and we have taken this research and developed a programme to overcome these issues. This programme is driven by its participants and they alone decide its content.

- Lack of strong sales and marketing capability
- Lack of strategy
- Lack of sales management process
- Lack of selling skills
- Lack of a realistic targeted marketing plan
- Human resources issues
- Failure to set or meet deadlines
